	FAQs What if my Library gets full? Can the books be rearranged? Can I install Knexus on more than one computer? Can I access my Knexus Library from another computer? What about program updates? What are the minimum system requirements? Can I order the program on a CD instead of dowload? Can I still access the files I put in the Library without Knexus? Where does Knexus store my files? Will I be duplicating files and using more memory when I put them in the Library? What if my Library gets full? You can enlarge your library by creating additional rooms with equal capacity. You can create as many additional rooms as you like, so your library space is virtually unlimited. Can the books be rearranged? Yes. You can change the location of any book in your library. Can I install Knexus on more than one computer? Yes. According to the license agreement you can install Knexus on any of your own computers. Can I access my Knexus Library from another computer? This would depend on the type of network protocol that links the remote computer to Knexus. Some simple cases: Computer A has Knexus and computer B has Knexus and both computers can share files over the network. Computer A can open computer B's library and run it on computer A. Computer A has software which allows programs to be run on computer A from another computer. The library on A can be accessed from B. Will there be program updates and how do I get them? Update downloads will be available in the Support/Updates section of the Knexus website. What are the minimum system requirements? Currently, only the Windows version of Knexus is available (we're working to release the Mac and Linux versions, soon.) Minimum requirements are x86 with 800MHz CPU and 200MB RAM, graphics card with at least 64MB RAM recommended, at least 1024 x 768 screen resolution and Windows NT, 2000, XP or Vista operating system with DirectX v9c or higher. You will also need Java 1.5 or higher and the Java3D 3.1 or higher extensions. Java and Java3D are both available as free downloads during the installation process. Can I order the program on a CD instead of a dowload? Yes, but there is an additional $5 plus shipping charge. Persons with dialup Inernet access should choose this option because the Knexus download is approximately 3.5 MB and the Java3D download is 4.2MB and it may take several hours to download these files via dialup. Can I still access the files I put in the Library without Knexus? Yes. Knexus doesn't change any of your files of file relationships. Where does Knexus store my files? It doesn't. Knexus leaves all of your files exactly where you left them. Will I be duplicating files and using more memory when I put them in the library? No. Knexus doesn't copy or move your files. The books in the Knexus library are links to your existing files. Back to top
